Every January, we’re encouraged to make New Year’s resolutions.   Eat better. Exercise more. Be more productive. Post more content.   And every January, many of those resolutions quietly fall away. Not because we lack motivation, but because resolutions often come with pressure, guilt, and a sense of failure when life inevitably gets in the way.   This year, I’m doing something different.
